For the love of flowers

Savannah absolutely loves picking flowers...from yellow Sour Grass flowers, Dandelions, Lavender and Roses. She always wants to have them next to her bed, in her hair or to give them away. Since she loves flowers, we decided to make some. We painted some old coffee filters, folded them up and cut them, added some cut paper leaves then attached them to some twigs. We added a spritz of fragrance, since she also loves smelly stuff. Aren't they pretty!

A Father's Day tradition?

This will be our second yr of making daddy a cup for father's day. This time it included Malia's messy hand print as well.

My very first blog post

Hmm what shall I write?? What should I start with? Ok, I will start with Memorial Day weekend in May. I will try to catch you all up to present day in just a few posts. This is our Lake Tahoe trip with Lauren Oliver's family to their family cabin. We drove about 5 hrs to Lake Tahoe where the Johnson's have a really neat 2 story cabin.
